We usually use fixed fees to determine the price of all services before proceeding. We focus on being open and transparent with all prices and like to agree these upfront before any work is started. However, if a client prefers to operate under a T&M arrangement in which they pay by our hourly rates, we are more than flexible to help facilitate this.
Are you up to date with recent accountancy regulations and accountancy industry changes?
Yes, this is a key focus area to everything we do. Our team work extremely hard to stay on top of their game by undertaking further training to ensure we provide clients the expertise and knowledge they require.
How long do I need to keep my business accounting records for?
Per HMRC guidelines you need to keep your accounting records for 6 years to comply. Based on the service agreement between clients we set initial expectations in terms of document retention and ensure this is a key focus to remain compliant.
